National Gluten Free Restaurant Training Programs

There are many companies and individuals that offer various levels of training on gluten free food preparation. Some of these programs also offer certifications and seals of completion that you can add to your website and gluten free menus and marketing. Many gluten free customers look for evidence that all of the people working in your restaurant have been trained to properly prepare and deliver gluten free food. We are not affiliated with either of the following programs, but offer the links with the hopes of increasing the number of allergy safe restaurant kitchens.
