Marilyn,
You made my Mom's Birthday so special.
When she was first diagnosed with Celiac this June who would have thought she would be eating cake for her Birthday! Well thanks to you she did and I must say it was delicious! As I mentioned to you her sisters with their husbands joined us in celebrating. My mom loved the cake as we all did, in fact she said and we all agreed it was the best (they called it) "carrot cake" they had ever eaten. Of course I waited to all had tasted your wonderful creation - then I told them what was in it. No minds were changed they just continued to talk about how good and moist it was as they cleaned their plates!
